All snakes will be healthy and feeding without
problems unless otherwise agreed. If you have a
valid reason for not being satisfied with your
animal you must notify me within 24 hours after
taking delivery and I will replace them. If however,
stock is unavailable at the moment, I will refund
your money.

All snakes will be sexed up to 3 times. Young
Ball Pythons will be popped 3 times to determine
what sex they are. When the snakes are delivered
or picked up i will pop or probe the animal one
last time so you (the customer) can see for yourself
what sex the animal is. We can only guarantee
males for 100%. Sometimes an animal doesn´t
show hemipenes and probes about 3 or 4 scales
deep and still proves to be male a couple of years
later.

As we have nothing to do with the way the animals
are treated when no longer in our care we do not
accept any responsibility nor can we be held
responsible for anything in relation to the obtained
animal(s) after the above mentioned period has
passed.

Animals can be collected in person or arrangements
can be made to deliver them at the shows we attend.

Reservations can be made after making a
non-refundable deposit of 20% of the price. If we
can't provide you with the animal you reserved, you
can either chose another one or your deposit will be
returned. Without a deposit animals will be sold on
´first come, first serve´ principle.

Sometimes we can offer payment plans on certain
animals. Usually, this is done by paying a deposit
of 20% down, the care card for the animal is marked
with your name. We will then care for your animal
until it is paid for. You can send whatever amount that
you can afford every month, but the monthly amount
should be the same every month and should be agreed
upon in advance of setting up the payment plan. When
the account is paid in full, you can pick up the animal
or we can deliver it at one of the Reptile Shows we're
attending.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice,
discounts can occasionally be discussed on some species
or on large orders, we reserve the right to deny sales
without explanation.

If for some reason we should come to legal terms all
affairs must be settled here. Country of jurisdiction is
Holland.

All animals will have a certificate of origin (EEG) for
orders within the European community.

These terms apply to all our sales, in case you decide
to purchase we assume you have read our terms,
therefore by making the purchase you agree to our terms.
